Ragiv Gandhi University, Doimukh, the only university of Arunachal Pradesh is situated on a hill top on the outskirts of the town. It is located within green forest and is a delight for evening walks.

I saw this young girl pulling a child sitting on a pram with a jute rope. I asked her name and what class she studies in... alas, she doesn't go to school... I guess she is one of the child of the migrant workers working in the RGU campus. What an irony... a girl living in the University campus doesn't go to school...

A child was washing his feet in the spring water... There are so many spring water attached with a bamboo on the side of Arunachal roads. It is a common sight. One gets clean and filtered water year long and also the water is very cool during summer and taste sweet and fresh.
These kids were just sitting and resting on the road...
Someone built a shack with more thoughts into it.... the design is cute.
