Haldi, the orange cat

I found him in the dumpster looking for food. He was so scrawny but brave. The neighbour's dog, Blacky was almost going to bite him and he very bravely stood ground and just hissed. I shooed away Blacky and brought the cat home.
My mother named him Haldi which means turmeric or the colour orange in Hindi.
Haldi and my baby Coco kind of got along, not really. Coco doesn't actually care much or chase chase him but Haldi is wary of Coco and stays away.
Twice we thought we lost him when he went into convulsion but was saved on time by the vet and once he went missing but after a long search we found him with some children near our house.
Actually when we got him, we couldn't decide whether it was  a 'he' or  a 'she' but after a long discussion and with the approval of vet, we agreed that it is a 'he'.
He is slowly gaining his weight...

Random photos from Itanagar streets

My friend Ampi left her Sony NEX 5 camera with me so that I use it and not let fungus grow in the sensor... She's away for a long time now. I am really enjoying the camera even though it lacks inbuilt stabilizer.
The tilted screen is a very useful feature and now I know what features to look for in my next upgrade. The tilted screen makes a very inconspicuous tool for street photography and I love using Pentax-M 50mm f/1.7 lens the best with the camera. It is the right focal length for street photography even though it is not wide because it gives the perfect distance from the subject without alarming them and also at that distance I feel confident otherwise I am a shy street photographer. Pentax-M 50mm f/1.7 is a very sharp lens, at least for me. I love the lens and camera combo so much.

See my review for Pentax-M 50mm f/1.7 - http://www.pentaxforums.com/lensreviews/SMC-Pentax-M-50mm-F1.7-Lens.html?#review7501

Few of the other photos were taken with Olympus E-PL2 and 25mm f1.7 CCTV lens combo which are easy to tell apart by the swirly bokeh and vignette.
I've used other lenses such as Nikon 105mm f2.5 lens too but I don't really remember which one is which except for the chameleon photo which was shot with Nikon 105mm f2.5 lens.
